Lubuntu 18.04 battery not detected

I installed Lubuntu 18.04 in my laptop HP and since then the battery does not work anymore.

If disconnected from the plug the pc does not switch on.
When plugged the battery icon shows "0% in charge".



The battery did not have any issue until the installation.



I'm new in this community and I want to learn more
