Ubuntu 18.04 Video problem

0

I have the Asus Maximus VIII Hero Mobo with an Intel Skylake 6600k CPU and a nVidia GTX970 GPU.
I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04LTS and the opened windows of apps seems not to be that smooth.
I use the nVidia proprietary driver from Additional Drivers.
Also I tried to use 415, 410 and 390 drivers from ppa with Cuda and without Cuda and it does the same thing.

How can I resolve that issue?
