Animating Bar Charts in Microsoft excel andPowerpoint

I have quarterly data for the no. of Patients and I have to make Bar chart, I want to set the animation in a way to appear the recent quarter bar first and on the right side of the graph and then all other quarters' bars together. I have solved this recent and then all bars at once appearing thing, but the PowerPoint starts animation by showing leftmost bar first as default. Now if any one can please help how to make the rightmost bar appear first, I don't see any way out!

Can you please edit your question to let us know how your file is currently set up. That said, have you looked at the animation pane in Powerpoint?

yes, I have looked at all available options as far as I know, currently my bar chart is animated like half a way I want it to be, I just want the rightmost bar (the single bar) to appear first!
