Can't shut down ubuntu

0

I installed Ubuntu 18.04 a few days ago. I needed to install it with "acip=off" checked during installation process. Otherwise, it was keep restarting. And now I'm facing that, I can't shut down my pc. It just stuck at ubuntu loading screen. I tried some solution from here like, adding "acip=force" line in Grub menu, changing some setting. But none of them work. When I change Grub, pc stuck at ubuntu purple startup screen. Then I needed to boot from recovery mode and delete that line from grub. So, anyone can suggest me any solution to this please?

[Note: I'm using Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 18.04 with dual boot]
