OneDrive on my Window 10 doesn't allow short file name (8.3)?

0

Seeking for a client problem with short/long file PATH on Window, I was playing to check if short and long file path can be mixed.
Reply is yes ;)

Using DIR /X I wandered in my OneDrive directory and noticed ... no 8.3 format

I didn't find this "restriction" in M$ Document
Invalid file names and file types in OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint

It looks like:

dir /x
Le volume dans le lecteur C s’appelle OS
Le numéro de série du volume est E0B8-FB93

Répertoire de c:UserspasbOneDriveMy Phone Export

04/01/2019 10:20 <DIR> .
04/01/2019 10:20 <DIR> ..
04/01/2019 10:20 <DIR> A very long path for a dummy directory
08/11/2018 08:56 <DIR> Archive
25/09/2011 21:16 (1 004) calendar.ics
25/09/2011 21:15 (52 901) contacts.csv
08/11/2018 08:56 <DIR> Photos
25/09/2011 21:16 (26 420) sms.txt
3 fichier(s) 80 325 octets
5 Rép(s) 335 582 658 560 octets libres

And using the BAT described there:
How can I find the short path of a Windows directory/file?
it shows

c:UserspasbOneDriveMy Phone Export>shortNamePath.bat "c:UserspasbOneDriveMy Phone Export"
c:UserspasbOneDriveMy Phone Export

c:UserspasbOneDriveMy Phone Export>shortNamePath.bat "c:Userspasb.AndroidStudio3.2configcodestyles"
c:UserspasbANDROI~1.2configCODEST~1

Someone faced the problem with app and documents in OneDrive ?
