Cannot change windows 10 language

0

I was messing with languages because i was kinda bored so I installed Chinese language and accidentally i set it as a display language and now I can't change it.

I can't change my language in settings. Under the plus button there should be my other downloaded language packs + every time I change Chinese language to something else like Polski it got changed back to Chinese even if I restart my computer.

screenshot

Before i was using Polish language as my display language. I tried deleting the language by using Windows Powershell but every time I type in all the commands this is what pops up:

Set-WinUserLanguageList : Zgłoszono wyjątek typu 'System.Exception'.
At line:1 char:1
+ Set-WinUserLanguageList $LangList -Force
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : InvalidResult: (:) [Set-WinUserLanguageList], Exception
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : -2147024891 = Error name,Microsoft.InternationalSettings.Commands.SetWinUserLanguageList
Command.

I tried doing every solution i knew but it didnt work + I can't read or speak in chinese so my work is a bit harder.
