Is there any complete guide to install 18.04.1 on an machine with LVM and RAID1 and RAID 6 on boot?

I'm trying to install the latest ubuntu server.
I wold like to install under LVM the system in a 500 GB disks to be define as RAID1, and create two partition on 4 disks to be defined as RAID6, all with OPENSSL and encription.
All the explaination are partial: example: need a network installation, but I can I create a dongle on windows?
And when I download the network installation package, it starts like a normal one!!!
I installed and uninstalled at least 4 times, and spent 4 days of work, with no solution!
Please, if someone could help me .....

1) the installer doesn't ask me for partitioning, so I cannot select LVM. 2) as it doesn't ask, I cannot create also RAID1 to install the system and RAID6 for future product installation.
