Youtube playback becoming slower tha usual (not in the slowmotion mode)
When i play a video on youtube and pause it and leave it for a while, when i come back it plays slower and the sound is deeper due to it playing slower than usual, it happens in Chromium, Chrome and Firefox (it happens less in firefox, but volume changes in firefox are buggy so i need to use chromium).
I have the hardware acceleration ENABLED, disablit it created massive tearing, my video drivers and OS is up to date. If i refresh the webpage it comes back to normal. Ubuntu 18.04.
