VS Code shows as file manager on 18.10 GNOME

I've installed VS Code on my Ubuntu from DEB package and now it shows as file manager - for example, when I plug in an external hard drive, there is a notification to open it in VS Code ("Otwórz za pomocą" means "Open with").
Why did it happen? Can I unhappen that without installing flatpak or snap?
