apt-get broken after version update (unmet dependencies)

I did an upgrade for 14.04-->15.10 with the software update tool. I logged back in and tried to upgrade/update. I'm met with error messages about unmet dependencies have to do with TeXlive which are preventing me from do any apt-get operations. I get this response every time I try to do something with apt-get: user@XPS13:~$ sudo apt-get upgrade [sudo] password for user: Reading package lists...
