'Make' command after 'configure.py' never ends [WINDOWS]

0

I have been trying to install the SIP module to install PyQt4 for Python 2.7 on Windows 10. I downloaded the newest SIP package, I extracted (on a subfolder of 'My Documents') and executed the following command (via terminal):

python configure.py
make

But the process never ends (see image)

Image error (click to see)

Any idea to solve this issue?
