How solve unable to extract signin from youtube-dl for lynda.com

youtube-dl.exe -u “username” -p “password” https://www.lynda.com/url
ERROR: Unable to extract signin form; please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output.
When Run for Update
C:>youtube-dl -U
youtube-dl is up-to-date (2018.11.23)
What's problem? I can't extract with my login for download videos from lynda.com
