Strange file on Ubuntu. I'm not sure how to delete

I tried to run a file on Ubuntu server (it didn't work) and it left this strange file behind. When I type ls this is what comes up:

enter image description here

When I type sudo rm then hit tab, this comes up:

enter image description here

I've tried copying and pasting the strange symbols into the rm command, and trying to hit tab to get the file to appear after the rm, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know how I can delete this file?
