Mikrotik Firewall rule Bypass

0

I have Mikrotik cloud core Router with multiple VLAN and bridges for each individual client of ours.

Created a firewall rule:

/ip firewall mangle
add action="mark-connection" chain="prerouting" protocol=udp dst-port=53 connection-mark=no-mark content=youtube new-connection-mark=YOUTUBE_CONN passthrough=yes
add action=mark-packet chain="prerouting" connection-mark=YOUTUBE_CONN new-packet-mark=YOUTUBE_PACKET

/ip firewall filter
add action=drop chain=forward packet-mark=YOUTUBE_PACKET
add action=drop chain=input packet-mark=YOUTUBE_PACKET

that drops all youtube traffic.

My question is how do I make an exception for a particular IP/VLAN to bypass this rule and be able to access Youtube as this this rule blocks all youtube traffic for every one on the network.
