hp screen black out

0

this happens only on battery (12 cells battery, no AC adapter). when the HP lab battery charge reaches 49%, 62% (barley an hour of time) or so, the screen blacks out, sound from videos or audios still plays, but the lab not responding, it keeps this state until I turn it off, after that the lab won't start unless I plugin the AC adapter, and when the OS starts battery show 4% or so.

P.S. if the lab were in sleep or hibernate mode, it recovers and works fine on 17% 22% of battery charge, also gives notification "low battery. please plug the AC adapter" note that the battery charge dropped during the sleep mode.

when I ran powercfg /energy it gave
Design Capacity 47142
Last Full Charge 47142

is it a battery problem or power circuit o rBIOS, how to fix it, please.
