Windows 10 installations after modifying it with NTlite
I modified my Windows 10 1809 LTSC ISO file with NTlite and removed a lot of stuff from it. such as xbox, remote registry and remote assistance, speech recognition files, ease of access themes, diagnostic services, location etc etc
I need to know if they will be back when I update my Windows, I installed it on a virtual machine and it's downloading updates, security and cumulative updates, so I'm worried that all i've done is for nothing and those removed stuff will come back again.
so will they come back or not?

I am pretty sure some of the stuff will come back. I doubt you gain anything removing it in the first place. Removing system components might hurt you in one way or the other.

the reason i chose LTSC was bcz it had less useless stuff. i tried home edition and it was still heavy and got slow over time. i just need something lightweight without bloatware. linux is FAR from perfect to compete with windows..i tried ubuntu, lubuntu too.

What's your goal? Do you need to run the OS on a low spec machine, or so..
