Ubuntu 18 on ASUS ROG GX800VH
Has anyone tried Ubuntu 18 on the ASUS ROG GX800VH? I'm currently running Ubuntu just fine on an ASUS ROG G73SW and just wanted to know if it is worth upgrading to a refurbisehd GX800VH (about $3K) or just going with a new System 76 Bonobo (about $5K).
FYI: I do some extreme programming requiring serious memory and looking for 64GB system hopefully with Whisky-Lake Hexa Core.. but I refuse to run Windows.
