Windows 10 - File explorer: “Flag” folders in a directory to show on top regardless of date modified...

0

Is it possible to have Win10 show certain folders show at the top of a directory regardless of name, date modified, sort order or arrange by?
I'm looking for a similar solution much like outlook.com does when flagging an email; it puts it on top of the folder with a separator at the bottom.

  • AFAIK, you must sort on column(s).  That said, you could use the R and H attributes.
