Can Ping new I-Series from old I-Series, but can't ping it from Windows pc
I can ping a new IBM I-Series from the old I-Series (using I-Series cmd line), but I can't ping it from my pc (cmd prompt). Any suggestions?

Are you using ip address? Same subnet? What have you got for routing table (cfgtcp, option2) on new machine? You should have something like this archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200208/msg01073.html

I'm not sure how the routing table on the new machine is set up but I will compare that to the old machine since I can ping the old one with my pc. Thanks for your help. Linda

Are you using ip address? Same subnet? What have you got for routing table (cfgtcp, option2) on new machine? You should have something like this archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200208/msg01073.html
