minimal bash-like line editing is supported and it will not let me boot from a booted USB

Well I have a problem and it is that I get the error of minimal bash-like line and it does not allow me to boot from a booted USB, besides that I do not have as a CD because I do not have a CD player and I can not figure out how to solve it it happened to me just after installing ubuntu and it failed in the grub if there is any way to solve it it would help me a lot
