Measure applicants' metacognition and responsibility

0

What questions can I ask job/internship applicants (in emails or interviews) to identify their responsibility and metacognition levels?

Especially for young applicants, where we'd have look for cues other than their little past project experiences.

Why we are interested in metaconition and responsibility: In the past, some interns didn't have sufficient metacognition to recognize (and remedy) their own lack of soft skills. They neglected their responsibility for seeking ways to lead the project to success. Despite warnings.
