Rebuilding Ubuntu or Linux Mint with a kernel module

Goal
My goal is very simple. To be able to rebuild Ubuntu/Linux Mint with a kernel module.
I want to dual boot a Linux distro. However, it requires the macbook-spi driver for my keyboard and touchpad to work.
Question
How could I make an ISO image of Ubuntu/Linux Mint or another distribution with this kernel module? I can't boot up and do it from the distro because not even the keyboard works.
Basically, I want to build a Linux kernel (all the configurations of Ubuntu or Linux Mint) with the module and replace the current one in an ISO.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
