I installed Ubuntu 18.04 but when I open the wifi icon it cannot find any network, but when I enable my phone's hotspot I can see that.
How should I proceed?

ip route show, should say default via 192.168.1.1 and followed by 192.168.0.1, broadcast 255.255.255/0 and your IPv4 found at ip link or pretty close to that, Then check out "nmcli" and "ifconfig "interface" up", maybe even try a systemctl restart network-manager

Try changing your routers channel to 1-11 rather than auto channel
