Managing emotional manipulation/bullying in the workplace?
So this occurs often in corporate culture, but it can happen anywhere in any industry and work environment. Wanted to hear other experiences/advice on how to effectively manage emotional manipulators/toxic people in the workplace specifically.
Emotional manipulation in the workplace can be related to reputation (e.g. reputation smear via gossip), bullying, etc.
What are your experiences on handling emotional manipulators in the workplace (coworkers, managers, boss)? And protecting yourself/your reputation in general)?
To be specific - Managing emotional manipulators who turn majority opinion/gossip against you in the workplace
management work-environment colleagues bullying
