Mojave Webserver not working after changing DocumentRoot

0

  1. Upgraded to Mojave.

    Webserver working fine in 'standard' folder.

  2. in /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf

    • uncommented LoadModule php7_module libexec/apache2/libphp7.so and LoadModule rewrite_module libexec/apache2/mod_rewrite.so

      PHP functioning: tested by phpinfo()

  3. in /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf

    • changed DocumentRoot:DocumentRoot "/Webserver" and <Directory "/Webserver"> -- wheel has RW access to folder.

      In Browser Chrome: localhost refused to connect - ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

What am I doing wrong? thanks!
