Can't wake up from Hibernation. Stuck and had to force shutdown. (Ubuntu 18.10)

1

Dual boot Laptop. Used "sudo hibernate" command to hibernate.
And came back to open my laptop after like 30 minutes,
I thought it will open as it is, but got stuck some process for some reason.
Waited like 10-15 minutes.

Than i had to "force shutdown". This is not good. It damages my laptop hardware.

I can't access terminal either.

Note: I have 8BG of RAM. 13.5GB of Swap memory allocated.
