Installing AOSP requirement packages causes boot problems
I am trying to install AOSP, for that I have to install its Requirements first. I am using ubuntu 14.04 so for that I installed following packages;
sudo apt-get install git-core gnupg flex bison gperf build-essential zip curl zlib1g-dev gcc-multilib g++-multilib libc6-dev-i386 lib32ncurses5-dev x11proto-core-dev libx11-dev lib32z-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libxml2-utils xsltproc unzip
It gave me some dependency issues which I resolved using aptitue.
sudo aptitude install git-core gnupg flex bison gperf build-essential zip curl zlib1g-dev gcc-multilib g++-multilib libc6-dev-i386 lib32ncurses5-dev x11proto-core-dev libx11-dev lib32z-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libxml2-utils xsltproc unzip
It gave me some alternative solution which I accepted without thinking much and now after rebooting I am unable to get my ubuntu VM login screen. It gets stuck on ubuntu logo.
Any idea which of these packages can affect booting mechanism of ubuntu?
