Is there a windows 10 window manager that will start applications on boot up

0

I have a 3 monitor configuration, my laptop screen and two 24" Samsung monitors.

Every morning, on the laptop screen I open two chrome windows showing jenkins, Resource Monitor and a cmd window and arrange them a certain way.

Is there any window manager type application that will do that automatically for me on startup?

My other monitors will then have a mix of intellij, insomnia, outlook, gitbash, etc...

Is there anything like this?

  • Probably you could consider to put your laptop to a sleep/hybernate instead of switching off. This will save state of literally everything not only window positions.

  • Yeah, I've been doing that, but I find it sometimes causes errors in intellij and some other apps. Maybe I'll try shut everything down except those on my laptop monitor.

  • This might help you: Program to save visible windows' locations and later restore the layout
