MAAS server is unable to deploy KVM nodes and returns “Deployment failed” error

-1

I am deploying Openstack cloud with maas and conjure up. I have composed 7 machines (6 for openstack and 1 for juju controller) by making a KVM Pod with 2 NICs (including maas server). i am using a single server for deployment. Machines are correctly able to enlist and commission itself but when i am trying to deploy Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04 image on these machines they pop up with an error "Deploymet failed" and also while booting from pxe they stucks on cloud-init [1126] maas-enlist server and then boot again. I have check all the logs but i did'nt get any solution may be its because of "curtin" or cloud-init (kindly click on it to see the actual screenshot of a bug). Also MAAS is not able to even enlist those kvm machines which i made as a standalone using virt-manager instead of composing by pod on the same subnet that is managed by MAAS.
