Ubunt 18.10 - Battery always full

0

since I installed Lubunt (Ubuntu 18.10) my battery indicator is always FULL.
Previously I tried Ubuntu 32/64 bit, Lubuntu 32Bit, Puppy, and couple of more and battery indicator was always OK. I have "stuck at 100%" battery indicator only at Lubuntu 64 bit.
upower detects when I plug in/out the power:
Monitoring activity from the power daemon. Press Ctrl+C to cancel.

[01:58:39.404] device changed: /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/line_power_AC0

dump for battery is:

voltage: 65.535 V

And it does not move from 100%.

Is there a solution for this?

Thank you.
