Windows 10 Remote Desktop via HTTPS

My understanding is that Windows can support remote desktop (RDP) over an HTTPS tunnel, but I cannot seem to find any documentation how how to configure this. Can someone point me to where I can find more information?
EDIT: It appears that this is provided through a Terminal Services Gateway and is only available on Windows Server 2008 or later.
