I am trying to install autokeras and elephas using Anaconda and pip, so that it can be used in a Jupyter notebook. However, using simply
pip install autokeras
or
pip install elephas
do not seem to work. The first one gives me the error
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==0.4.1 (from autokeras) (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1)
No matching distribution found for torch==0.4.1 (from autokeras)
I don't really know what to do with this.
The second line gives the error
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement elephas (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for elephas
Can anyone make sense of this?

This question came from our site for people interested in conceptual questions about life and challenges in a world where "cognitive" functions can be mimicked in purely digital environment.
