I got FFmpeg to compile on Windows 7 with Cygwin, but it doesn't have the x264 or x265 libraries. I was able to download the sources to both libraries, but neither compiles under Cygwin. Has anyone gotten this to work?
How?
ffmpeg cygwin libx264 x265
