Unable to install applications using Software Center on Ubuntu 18.04

I can not install any application, I always see the message: "It can not be installed XXX: cannot perform the following tasks"
I have 2 machines with Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS and 2 have the same problem days ago.

Trysudo apt-get update
andsudo apt-get upgrade
in the terminal and insert full error output to the question.

I've done that several times on both machines, without changes. These commands do not show errors, they go perfectly.

The pick any small test application, install it using apt, and insert the complete output (showing the error) to the question.

There is no error with apt, only this error from the software center.
