I'm plugged in to a 4k Monitor but my display now is split, how do i unsplit it?

I am super New to linux, just got 18.04 install yesterday
Im having trouble trying to get my monitor to unsplit and back to full 4k instead of 2 1920x2160
Im using a Sharp PN-K321 4K display
My GPU is Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX VEGA 56 8G
