  • I used the software manager. I have installed and used it fine on my main computer (running Ubuntu Budgie 18.04, the same as my laptop). On my laptop however I get that message, so something must be different on my laptop somehow.

After installing python3-distutils, it should launch. I had the same issue.



sudo apt-get install python3-distutils
