How to make a bootable Windows 10 install DVD from an Install.wim file?

I have a GPD Pocket, and I downloaded the firmware for the device from GPD's official website. The firmware was in a RAR file, which I extracted. In one of the folders, there is an Install.wim file, which is 6.65 GB in size. How do I burn this file to a dual-layer DVD and make a bootable Windows 10 install DVD from it?
