Need help with grey screen
Im trying to set up Ubuntu 16.04 on my remote server. I set things up and getting a grey screen with a black X cursor. I am EXTREMELY new to linux its almost a foreign language at this moment haha. Was seeking a bit of help solving my issue. Thanks

Please try to be more detailed than "I set things up" - what you're describing sounds like the default~/.vnc/xstartupsession, did you modify that at all?
