“Shell Provisioner” Error Setting up Homestead

0

I am on a Windows 10 machine, and I've been trying to set up Homestead in line with the instructions on this page and the "Easy Laravel 5" textbook. When I run the vagrant up command to turn on the virtual machine I run into the following error:
enter image description here

There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix the following errors and try again:

shell provisioner:
* Shell provisioner `args` must be a string or array.

I'm not entirely sure what it's saying. For reference, this is my homestead.yaml file in my dummyRegistration directory. I have Laravel, Vagrant and Virtualbox properly set up as far as I can tell, and use PHP 7.3.0:
enter image description here

ip: 192.168.10.10
memory: 4096
cpus: 1
provider: virtualbox
elasticsearch: 6.5

authorize: 'C:/Users/Tobi Alafin/.ssh/id_rsa.pub'

keys:
- 'C:/Users/Tobi Alafin/.ssh/id_rsa'

folders:
-
map: 'C:/code/dummyRegistration'
to: /home/vagrant/code/dummyRegistration
sites:
-
map: dummyRegistration.test
to: /home/vagrant/code/dummyRegistration/public

databases:
- homestead

name: dummyregistration

hostname: dummyregistration
