System Restore & Folder Audits/Effective Access
I have a file server that I share, write and modify important files with other people. Recently I was making changes to one of the Auditing and the effective access and made a big mistake which caused the server to do what I didn't want it to do. Unfortunately, I can't remember what the settings were when the mistake happened.
Does anyone know if performing a system restore would effect those settings? (under properties -> security -> advanced -> Auditing or the effective access tab). The server is using Windows 10 (version 1809..I think) Basically would I have to reconfigure those settings again if i restored the server before the settings were implemented.
Your help is greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance!
