How to fix “NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS” on Ubuntu 18.04 Server

I'm setting up a new Active Directory Domain Controller on a Ubuntu 18.04 Server, i have done all the guidelines from the official wikisamba website but at "verifying the File Server" the bash give me this error:
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS
server 18.04 samba active-directory
