Are there any good studies on cooperativeness in the workplace?
I remember reading about a study once (or maybe it was a survey, are they the same thing?) that said something to the effect of, "the most cooperative people in the workplace are generally speaking the best performers when compared to people who are underhanded or people who are cooperative to a detriment".
Does anyone know of the study of which I'm speaking? Or is there some study which explores this idea?
