Dynamic size disk on vmware esxi ovf deployment

My requirement is the following:
I have an ova package which the users deploy on ESXi vCenter. I have created 3 profiles in the ovf template. According to the profile chosen, the user will be given a virtual instance of corresponding hardware configurations. Apart from the hard disk, I can provide different hardware specification for each profile.
Ex. Lets say there are 3 profiles, small, medium and large. For each and every profile, I want 8GB, 16GB, 32GB disk size and the only work done by the user is to select the profile.

Restriction : I cannot have 2 disk so the point of having a static disk and an dynamic disk is out of option.
