nteract fail to launch kernel

0

I downloaded nteract to run jupyter notebook file loacally, but when I open my file trying to do my homework with it, it shows LAUNCH_KERNEL_FAILED
Kernel named python3 does not appear to be available.
But if I use my browser to edit the file, it runs fine. I exhausted google and yet no solution was found. Really in desperate situation, Please help! I use the new Mac Pro with OS Mojave.
