Prevent XFCE Task Manager from scrolling when new processes are added
I am running Ubuntu 18 and my xfce task manager scrolls when I sort by CPU usage.
I want the process with the highest CPU usage to always be on top. But the task manager keeps scrolling down and down

You've tagged your question with "xubuntu" and "xfce" but the body mentions "ubuntu". I can't reproduce your issue on Xubuntu 18.04. There's no scrolling. Whichever process has the highest CPU usage is always on top.
