XAMPP SSL and Google Chrome just don't understand each other

0

I can't access my development localhost virtual servers, because Google Chrome just can't allow self-signed certificates no matter where, why and when.

I found an answer on this issue, but the thing is, that it didn't work at all. I changed the settings, it prompted me to restart the browser, so I did. And, it still doesn't work. This is the settings:
Browser development settings

And this is what it shows me when I try to access my dev site:
Insecure SSL access error

I would normally just click Show more option and click to load sites anyway, but this time it just doesn't allow me to do so. I don't know if it's a new feature in Chrome that disallows to access poorly secured SSL sites, or it's only for localhost. I'd be glad if it was only for localhost, because if this is what it shows me if it's not properly set up on a remote server, then it's a serious issue.

Can I somehow bypass this error screen? The settings didn't work at all.
