Why am I geting the error: “Plugin loader 'python3' was not found” in gedit when I'm changing virtual...

Title says it all, but a little bakground info is at its place here:
All gedit-plugins works fine when I've disabled the virtual env., but turning any of them on, makes the user settings/preferences go away and produce the error in the title when I'm trying to enable any plugins. Here's a screenshot to make clearify what the problem is:
I can add that I got python3.7 as base, but python3.6.7 in that particular environment.
