From a syntactical and admittedly semantic point of view this would read "'Things' is getting out of hand."

This is a rebus, and therefore may need to be interpreted slightly differently to how it is read. Additionally, this answer serves no purpose, and so I am voting to close it. If you feel so strongly that this answer should exist, please suggest an edit into an existing answer, or comment it on an existing answer.
