Ethernet not detected Ubuntu 18.10
I am new to Linux and have been stuck on a problem for about a day. I have a dual-boot PC with Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.10 and the Ethernet connection works fine on windows but for some reason Ubuntu does not even see the connection. I tried a lot of things and kind of pinpointed to it being a problem with drivers for my network adapter. I have Intel I219-V but even after doing steps that were suggested on other site the problem is still there. Please help me.
