Lípara[1] (em italiano e siciliano Lipari) é uma comuna italiana da região da Sicília, província de Messina, com cerca de 10.240 habitantes. Estende-se por uma área de 88 km², tendo uma densidade populacional de 116 hab/km². Não faz fronteira terrestre com nenhuma outra comuna, visto corresponder ao arquipélago das ilhas Eólias, por vezes denominadas ilhas Líparas.
O município administrativamente é composto pela própria ilha Lípara e pelas ilhas de Alicudi, Filicudi, Stromboli, Panarea, Vulcano e Basiluzzo.

A ilha Lípara é a maior ilha do arquipélago das ilhas Eólias no mar Tirreno, ao norte da Sicília.[2][3][4] Possui uma área de cerca de 37,6 km².[2][3][4][5]

The VLC player cannot play a DVD disk on my computer. Whenever I click the menu "Media > Open disk..." from the player or "Play with VLC media player" from the context menu, the error prompt "Cannot play a non-UDF mastered DVD" is shown as below: I tried KMPlayer and it had no problem of playing. I have installed libdvdcss-1.4.2.tar.bz2 and libdvdnav-6.0.0.tar.bz2 as per the instruction of this article via the Ubuntu shell on Windows 10 by entering these commands: ./configure make make install but I'm not sure if the libs got installed correctly because the same error recurred after restarting VLC. I'm using a 4K display along with a Full HD display with both almost the same physical size and it brings some mouse cursor problems to me working with it on the default Windows settings. As the mouse movement speed depends on the pixels, it's very slow on the 4K display and very fast on the Full HD display. Is there a windows setting or application to move the mouse depending on the visible distance and not the pixels? Another problem is the virtual wall between the screens I can't move the cursor from the upper half of the 4K screen to the Full HD screen: How is it possible to virtually stretch the cursor transition area of the Full HD screen to the one of the 4K monitor?
